Soroush Emami

Senior Partner - Head of U.K. Corporation Tax Advisory

Soroush started off his professional career as an accountant working within practice, advising SME's, High/ Ultra-High Net Worth individuals on their compliance requirements and advising upon compliant tax planning arrangements for their specific circumstances/ future ambitions.

 

Soroush later specialised within Innovation Incentives and Capital Allowances, working with a wide array of clients ranging from small-scale start-up entitles, premier league football clubs to global household brands; advising them on their eligibility to claim tax credits and defending them before HMRC throughout compliance checks and HMRC’s Fraud Investigation Service department.

Saifur Rahman

Senior Partner - Head of Innovative & Emerging Technologies Advisory

Saifur is a Senior Partner, leading our Technical R&D tax relief advisory practice. Saifur is an experienced software developer by background, having obtained his Masters degree within Computer Science & Network Security at the University of Birmingham.

Saifur has specialised within Innovation Incentives advisory for the past 7 years, advising companies within the Software & Technology space on their eligibility in accessing R&D tax relief, as well as preparing all necessary documentation required to access the relief. Saifur takes pride in his hands-on approach, pro-actively taking steps to educate his clients through workshops and training seminars to implement efficiencies and improvements for future years.

Saifur's client portfolio includes high-street banks, global fintech firms, I.T transformation entities to smaller-scale start-up tech firms.
